CAULIFLOWER EGGS
Substitute cauliflower for your morning eggs for a healthier breakfast! This is one of my favourites in the morning if I need a good filling nutritious meal.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon avocado oil
1/2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
1 clove of garlic
salt & pepper for taste
1/2 of an avocado for the side
cilantro for topping
Method:
Chop the cauliflower into tiny chunks, pea sized. Chop the garlic. Fry in avocado oil on medium heat until tender. Add the turmeric powder, and nutritional yeast powder, mix well & serve with side toppings. Add salt & pepper for taste.
