Importance of detoxing, healthy routine & spiritual wellness

Recently I went into a really dark place after being in a balanced good vibration for some time. A sequence of events caused me to get down & I found myself experiencing a dark night of the soul. However, I wanted to get back to a good stable vibration because I hated being in this disempowered state.

I also started eating really bad during this time & found myself eating junk food. So these emotions that started to surface & these small hiccups in my life were causing me to go down in vibration very quickly & I was sinking deeper & deeper into a depressed state!

I was really being pulled into a low frequency, even to the point of having a hard time getting up because my energy levels were so low. With all the world events & the chaotic collective energy I was being affected in numerous ways.

I really wanted to change this & wanted to get out of victim mentality. I sat down & analyzed the last month & evaluated what I was doing or not doing that was causing me to stay stuck in this low state of being. Yes we can all go through our emotional healing & the dark night is difficult but its up to you to change the direction and pull yourself out. It is important to REALIGN YOURSELF. In fact your higher-self will guide you to get out of victim mentality & start to take your power back. One way to realign is through your physical body. This is why diet & your physical body is important in taking back your power & your energy!

I began my detox recently in order to get back into my power as the foods I was eating in the last month were actually lowering my vibration & pulling me down into a disempowered state!

So after a month of eating not so clean, I did my detox. The symptoms from the detox were bad at first because of how much toxins were being released from my body! I recommend doing a detox slowly if you have never tried it. I recommend doing the celery juice detox which is something I have done other posts on.

DETOXING

My recommendations:

  • Upon waking drink warm water with lemon, add honey if you want

  • Wait 30 mins then drink freshly pressed organic celery juice

  • If you are just starting out I recommend 6-8 oz, you can also add cucumber to dilute the effect & make it not so strong

  • I also add parsley but this is not necessary

It is important to start slow & easy. Make sure you wait 30 mins after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else.

If you feel you have a lot of weird symptoms after drinking this celery juice it means the detox is working! This is just the die off effect that causes these not so pleasant symptoms! It can happen if your diet is really not clean or if you have a lot of toxic build up. But not to worry its all being cleansed now.

It is recommended before a detox to eat a bit more cleaner to avoid major symptoms.

Detox symptoms can include:

  1. nausea

  2. vomiting

  3. chills

  4. diarrhea

  5. fatigue

  6. headache

and others!


It is important to know that these are just detox symptoms & will ease the more you drink your celery juice.

I recommend doing your cleanse for a week at least to see effects. But you should see immediate results.

For me I saw immediate effect of this detox & my spirit returned, as if my higher-self came back into my body again. This detox is something I have done before & it really helped me with my healing process but also to maintain a high vibration. I began detoxing & fasting last year with great results. I recommend doing this detox when:

  1. you find yourself in a low vibration, stuck & feeling low energy

  2. you feel you are overeating

  3. you feel sluggish, unmotivated & groggy

  4. you feel you need an extra boost of energy

  5. you have IBS issues & gastric issues

  6. skin eruptions

  7. you feel sad, depressed & low mood

  8. you suffer from chronic UTI’s

  9. going through intense energetic shifts, need to aid your body in the detoxing

  10. you have been consuming or exposed to toxins, like alcohol etc


For me I needed to get back to detoxing in order to set myself straight & regain balance as my emotional healing had placed me in a dark hole. Therefore, this detox was something I needed in order to regain my power & drive.

Last year I did this detox in order to help my body detox from the energy shifts & help my healing process. There are different reasons for this detox but its a great way to rebalance your physical body & reconnect with your higher-self!

I do not believe anyone online saying you should eat everything you want & junk food. Sometimes its your ego, emotions or lack of self control telling you to eat poorly. I recommend eat intuitively but make sure its a real body craving not an ego craving. When I went down in my vibration I was getting drawn to junk food which was lowering my vibration even more & I was feeling awful. I do not recommend eating junk food if you want to keep your vibration high. Yes, occasionally on the ascension path we crave certain foods but it doesn’t mean we keep eating bad. We have to have balance but we also need to realize that over eating & eating low vibrational food will keep us in a low vibration.


HEALTHY ROUTINE & SPIRITUAL WELLNESS

Recently I realized how important it is to maintain a healthy routine or lifestyle, which includes doing everything that brings your soul fulfillment. I was really in a bad place for a month feeling like a victim, I lost track & fell behind my previous healthy spiritual practices like nature & mediation. This really cost me my balance & happiness!

I believe its normal & a MUST to go into your emotions & process them especially in very difficult periods like dark night of the soul periods. However, we must also pull ourselves out when the time is right & get out of victim mentality. This is something that I got into recently & the more I stayed there the deeper I went.

These are some of the things I recommend you do DAILY for balance & to maintain strong in your energy:

  1. journal your emotions

  2. avoid junk food unless you feel you are craving it intuitively

  3. avoid the news, social media & external narratives

  4. do regular detoxing

  5. go into nature

  6. avoid being in victim mentality, take whatever is happening as an opportunity & you will overcome it even the worse cases

  7. express your creativity daily

  8. meditate before bed

  9. avoid cell phone use 2 hours before bed

  10. listen to spiritual teachers, monitor what you consume & give your energy to

These are some things I have practiced as part of my spiritual wellness, to regain my power & balance in my life! This is why these are my top recommendations for you too!
