What is kundalini syndrome?

If you are going through a kundalini awakening it can be very hard & scary with little or no real information available online. For me it was hard to find the symptoms I was experiencing online on kundalini, therefore I had to go through it mostly blindly by trusting my own higher-self’s reassurance that everything was on track.

Let’s break down the essentials of kundalini energy:

Goal of the kundalini: The kundalini is trying to open & purify each chakra moving up

Complications: Each chakra has different stored traumas/blocks/imbalances that the kundalini will activate causing many unpleasant symptoms

Kundalini syndrome: The kundalini will manifest old traumas or the imbalances to come forward which can be scary & unpleasant

So as this energy moves through each chakra it will blow everything up, all imbalances, all traumas, all shadows, all chakra imbalances which means any stuck energies will rise to be seen & felt. This process is also very physical which causes a lot of these imbalances to manifest for a short period of time.

Each chakra holds different imbalances & is responsible for different aspects of our consciousness or our life. So as each chakra is purified you will experience kundalini syndrome which can be very difficult to move through depending on what imbalances you store in that chakra center.

As each chakra opens & purifies it brings more energy into that chakra but before that happens it can cause the unpleasant shadow aspects to surface.

As the kundalini moves through all chakras it can manifest different physical ailments based on the organs connected to the chakra:

ROOT CHAKRA: affects our stability & when kundalini is in this chakra it will bring up fear, anxiety & affect your bladder or reproductive organs

SACRAL CHAKRA: this is our chakra of sexuality, and governs the womb, reproductive organs, kidneys & bladder

SOLAR PLEXUS: this chakra governs our power, it affects the stomach

HEART CHAKRA: this chakra governs our emotions & love, and how we relate to others it relates to the heart & lungs, affects circulation, hands or arms

THROAT CHAKRA: this is our chakra of expression & being able to speak our truth, it is linked to our sacral chakra

THIRD EYE CHAKRA: this is linked to our mental mind & is linked to the brain & eyes

CROWN CHAKRA: this is the chakra of our higher perception & connection to the universe & is connected to the brain
