BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

I make different smoothie bowls depending on what I feel like — this one is very easy! 

 

You will need:

BASE:

Frozen berries

Banana

Almond Milk 

Almond butter 

Hemp Seeds

Cinnamon

Sometimes I add flax or Psyllium Husk Powder for extra fibre

TOP:

Fruits of your choice

Coconut flakes 

Cashews

Chia Seeds

Method:

Blend all the base ingredients & then place in a bowl, top with the toppings ingredients & enjoy!
