NOURISH BOWL

RISE & SHINE WITH THIS BOWL!

This is great if you are avoiding heavy breakfasts in the mornings. This is great to replace egg. This bowl is great after a nice morning meditation to start your day & nourish your soul!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of cauliflower

1 garlic clove or garlic powder

1 tsp almond oil or olive oil

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 a red pepper

4 mushroom heads

salt & pepper

cilantro on top

nutritional yeast

hemp oil on top (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash & cut the cauliflower into tiny pieces. Dice the garlic, mushrooms & red pepper

  2. Preheat a medium pan & add almond oil

  3. Add the cauliflower and garlic until tender & a bit browned about 7 mins over medium heat

  4. Add the red pepper & mushrooms sautee until tender

  5. Add the turmeric powder & mix well

  6. Then add the nutritional yeast, salt & pepper

  7. Once all combined well, serve in a bowl with cilantro on top

  8. I like to add hemp seed oil on top for more nutrients & flavour. Hemp oil is full of omega-3 & adds an earthy delicious flavour
